Credit Cards

We accept credit cards as a form of payment. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). In some cases, your information will be reviewed by our loss prevention team to insure we are not entering into a fraudulent transaction. You may be contacted by a representative of ClearSale LLC asking you to verify your order. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.

International Orders

International orders to Canada are subject to duties, taxes and/or other customs handling fees. Duties, taxes and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer who, upon completing an order, is identified as the importer of the goods and services purchased. The customer will be charged on delivery for duties and taxes. The customer will be notified of the final charges in advance, immediately as they are assessed. Final costs are determined by customs authorities at the time of import. It is the customers responsibility to know and understand these fees. If you are a resident of Canada and would like to make a purchase, we advise you to contact your local post or customs office for current duty, tax and customs fees.

If any international order is refused upon delivery for any reason, all customs & duty charges will be billed to the customer by 10-4 Tackle. Once a package enters your country these charges are not reversible whether the package is delivered to you or not. Orders may be returned after receipt per our return policy. Please be aware of all related charges when ordering.

All international orders are shipped via UPS Standard Service or UPS Worldwide Expedited Service.

Multiple Product Orders

For multiple product orders, we will make every attempt to ship all items contained in that order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge will be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.

Net 30 Terms

Net 30 payment terms are available exclusively to approved retail customers and are not offered to individual consumers. All invoices issued under Net 30 terms are due in full within thirty (30) days from the invoice date. Late payments may result in suspension or revocation of Net 30 privileges. Past due balances are subject to a finance charge of 1.5% per month (18% per annum) or the maximum permitted by law. Customers approved for Net 30 terms remain responsible for all collection costs, including legal fees, incurred due to nonpayment. Approval for Net 30 accounts is subject to credit review, and we may request financial references before extending terms. Orders placed under Net 30 may be subject to minimum purchase requirements, and discounts, promotions, or special pricing cannot be applied retroactively. We reserve the right to modify or revoke Net 30 terms at any time, and by accepting these terms, the customer agrees to comply fully with these conditions.

Order Acceptance Policy

Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. 10-4 TACKLE reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.

Out-of-Stock Products

We will ship your product as it becomes available. Usually, products ship by the next business day. However, there may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock, which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.

Returns

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Returns regarding manufacturer warranties must be dealt specifically with the manufacturer as 10-4 Tackle does not offer a warranty on products other than those manufactured by 10-4 Tackle.

For returns due to change of mind, there will be a restocking fee up to 20% of the full amount of the transaction. Please keep in mind, we are a small business and we incur numerous fees to get you the items you purchase. We are charged credit card processing fees, handling fees, and delivery charges for every order we process. The restocking fee is used to pay these fees, which are non-refundable from the companies that charge us to use their services. We assure you these fees give us no profit from your transaction. They are to cover the costs we incur for your change of heart.

Customer must inspect goods upon receipt and notify us in writing of any shortage, damage, or defect within ten (10) business days. Failure to provide notice within this period constitutes acceptance. No returns will be accepted without prior written authorization from us. Returns for any reason must be made within 10 days of delivery of the product.

Sales Tax

Our store will automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within the state of Texas where 10-4 Tackle holds a presence. For orders shipped to other areas, you (the shopper) are solely responsible for any sales taxes and/or other taxes that may apply. Products manufactured by 10-4 Tackle or repackaged for resell by 10-4 Tackle include a 10% Federal Excise Tax used to preserve the amazing waters that we all enjoy fishing.

Shipping Policy

Shipping Time — Most orders will ship within 2 business days, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement.

Orders usually arrive within 5 business days after your order is complete. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by this site or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product availability.

Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, 10-4 TACKLE shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. 10-4 TACKLE shall also have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, 10-4 TACKLE will issue a refund to your card in the amount of the incorrect price
