This is the Gamakatsu standard offset shank worm hook. It is a great hook for rigging up every kind of soft plastic. The O'Shaughnessy bend is preferred by Gamakatsu top pro Aaron Martens. The offset bend means a greater chance of a positive hookset since the hook tip is offset from the hook eye.
